These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PlotOnIt Academy, PlotOnIt Consulting, The Confidence Project™, related websites, programs, and all associated digital products and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlotOnItAcademy.com, PlotOnItConsulting.com, any course portals, digital downloads, membership areas, TikTok/Shop links, or any related content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services, purchase any products, or enroll in any programs.

2. Who We Are

The Services are owned and operated by PlotOnIt Consulting LLC (the “Company”), doing business as PlotOnIt Academy and The Confidence Project™.

The Company provides, among other things:

  • Online courses, programs, and academies
  • Digital downloads, toolkits, templates, and resources
  • Coaching, mentorship, and group programs
  • Business development workshops and virtual trainings
  • Live events, masterclasses, and community experiences
  • Affiliate recommendations and partner offers

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services, make purchases, or enroll in any program.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. No Professional Advice

All information, content, and materials provided through the Services are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes:

  • Legal advice
  • Financial or investment advice
  • Tax advice
  • Mental health or medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Guarantees of employment, income, or business success

5. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Services is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors, including but not limited to:

  • Slides, workbooks, and worksheets
  • PDFs, toolkits, and templates
  • Coaching frameworks and methods
  • Logos, branding, and trade dress
  • The Confidence Project™ framework and related materials

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, limited license solely for your individual use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content, whether free or paid, without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and possible legal action.

6. User Accounts & Access

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account or receive login credentials via email, TikTok Shop, or another platform.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password and login details
  • Not share your account or login credentials with any other person
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms, without refund.

7. Payment Terms

By purchasing any course, digital product, event ticket, membership, or other Service, you authorize the Company and its payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, TikTok Shop, or other third-party providers) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges imposed by your financial institution or jurisdiction.

7.1 Installment Plans

If a payment plan is offered and you select it, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Suspension or removal of access to programs and materials
  • Referral of your account to collections, if applicable
  • Ineligibility for future payment plans

8. Refund Policy

Because our courses, digital products, and materials are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing for a specific offer.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Online courses and academies
  • Digital downloads, templates, and toolkits
  • Membership fees and recurring subscriptions
  • Masterclass or event tickets (live or virtual)
  • Replays and on-demand content

No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are permitted except in the case of a duplicate charge or proven billing error. If a technical issue prevents you from accessing content you purchased, we will work with you to restore access.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

From time to time, the Company may recommend or promote third-party products, software, or services. Some of these links may be affiliate links, which means that the Company may earn a commission if you purchase through the link, at no additional cost to you.

We only recommend tools or services we believe may be beneficial, but you understand and agree that you are responsible for evaluating whether any third-party product or service is appropriate for your needs.

10. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee any specific results, income, or business outcomes. Any examples of earnings, success stories, or testimonials are illustrative of individual experiences and not typical or guaranteed.

Your results will depend on many factors, including but not limited to: your skills, background, industry, market conditions, resources, and level of effort.

By using the Services, you agree that you are solely responsible for your progress, decisions, and outcomes, and you will not hold the Company liable for your results.

11. Community Guidelines & Behavior

When participating in any community spaces related to the Services—including live sessions, group chats, private forums, social media groups, and events—you agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and professionalism
  • Not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Not spam, solicit, or pitch unrelated products or services
  • Not share or leak course materials, replays, or proprietary content
  • Not post explicit, illegal, or harmful content

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from programs or communities for violating these guidelines, without refund.

12. Event Terms (Workshops, Vision Board Parties, Live Trainings, etc.)

By registering for or attending any event—virtual or in-person—you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Some or all portions of the event may be recorded
  • Your image, voice, and participation may appear in event replays or promotional materials
  • Tickets are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Event times, formats, or speakers may be rescheduled or adjusted as needed

The Company is not responsible for travel costs, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred in connection with attending an event.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, data loss, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Third-Party Platforms & Integrations

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms such as TikTok Shop, Stripe, PayPal, email marketing tools, scheduling software, or other websites.

These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of their services. The Company is not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by third-party platforms.

15. Privacy Policy

Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Services.
